Motivation can be a hard thing to find when we are feeling down.
Like all things in life, this is a choice and we have the choice to find and do things that will motivate us.
Get up from the TV, turn it off and go for a walk.
Get away from under your dark cloud and go and do something else.
Motivate yourself to do something that you enjoy.
The first step will always be the hardest, though once you have taken the first step then you will be one step closer to being where you want to be.
Be open to the stimulation that motivates you, no matter what it is. If it feels good then do it. If it feels good, then go and do it again.
Being brainwashed by the TV will not get you motivated.
Put down the newspaper, turn off the remote and go and connect with your loved ones.
They will love and appreciate you more for it and you will be motivated to go do it again, and again and again.
