We Know And Understand That Being a Teenager Can Be HARD!
There are pressures from friends and from school, pressure to fit in. pressure to be liked, pressure as to what it is that you are going to do with your life, pressure with body image, plus the added physical and hormonal changes happening in your body.
These pressures can be overwhelming and enormous.
Vitae Amor seminars are workshops and programs that bring change to all who attend.
We work with you to add balance to your lives, through proven techniques that you can use
for the rest of your life to help you achieve all that you want out of life

We now have government funding to bring our wealth or knowledge to you through our youth program and this is a program exclusively for 15 to 19 year olds.
This program will boost confidence, reduce anxiety and depression and allow teenagers to have more focus and clarity in regards to their future decisions. Our expert team have been involved in this work collectively for over 50 years and we look forward to working with your family.
